Buffer Lines

One buffer line is required for each buffer pump on a PAK Pilot or PAK K-Series system, up to a total of 4.

PAK Flow Kits

Easy and Convenient

Our patented flow kits come pre-assembled with tubing and accessories. They have also been treated with gamma-irradiation.

Installing a flow kit only takes about 5 minutes.

Key to PAK System Control Strategies

The flow kits provide a mounting structure for instrumentation, a break vessel, static mixers, and sample ports. All in one solid structure.

Static mixers make inline buffer addition easy at the inlet and outlet of every flow kit for every stage of your process.

In fact, you can connect up to 20 different buffer solutions to one standard PAK System.

Real-time Process Analytical Technology

PAK flow kits provide many opportunities to take process measurements. The data is displayed in real-time and logged for later access, including the capability to export to other digital systems.

Each flow kit accommodates:

  • 2 pH or conductivity probes
  • UV photometer set to any 2 custom wavelengths
  • 2 inline pressure sensors
  • 3 sterile sample ports

Connect Probes with Instrument Flow Cells

Instrument flow cells allow for the connection of pH or conductivity probes to PAK flow kits.

PAK flow kits already come with 2 instrument flow cells attached.

PAK Buffer Lines

PAK buffer lines include bubble traps and pump tubing. Multiple sizes are available depending on your system size:

PAK PD System

  • No buffer line order required!
  • Flow kits include buffer lines in 1/32”

PAK Pilot System

  • 1/8” Buffer Line
  • 1/4” Buffer Line

PAK K-Series System

  • 1/2” Buffer Line
  • 3/4” Buffer Line
