Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in improving processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all operational activities within the organization, including sourcing, manufacturing and shipping
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and productivity
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
• Experience in ISO 9001 organization, GMP facilities, and clean rooms desired
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
• Strategic planning skills to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
• Ability to supervise projects and ensure seamless coordination between teams
