The work, presented in the poster “Process Intensification: From Unit Operation to Complete Process,” showcases the integration of the Cytiva ÄKTA™ chromatography system with the PAK Pilot System to provide an optimized process. This combined platform enables automated management of key downstream operations, including affinity capture, virus inactivation, filtration, and polishing chromatography within a coordinated continuous process.
