Job Description:

PAK BioSolutions is partnering with NVCC to offer a Biotechnology Internship. The student will enroll in this internship for 3 credits. Please note: a 3-credit internship constitutes 180 hours of work. The student will work with a NOVA Biotech faculty member to enroll in the course; the student will be financially responsible for paying for the credits. Students must enroll in the course within a week of initiating an internship. Upon completion of the internship, the grade for the course will be assigned by the designated NOVA Biotech Internship Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Review published literature to determine suitability of product usage for different bioprocesses.
• Attend educational webinars to collect relevant information.
• Create a Product Requirement Document.
• Create a Market Requirement Document.
• Present the summer project at a PAK team meeting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• Remote work option for Fridays
