Job Description:

PAK BioSolutions is hiring a System Technician II to assist with the production and implementation of its Pilot PAK systems. This role will cover all activities related to successful delivery of the company’s main product offering to customer sites and support future technology rollouts. This includes procuring equipment, monitoring production of systems, troubleshooting and testing newly built systems at the factory, and installing and quality testing newly delivered systems at customer sites. The individual will become an expert in the company’s product offerings. They will assist with customer and employee trainings as well as work closely with sales to provide technical expertise to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment/parts required for the production of the company’s Pilot PAK systems
• Monitor production of new systems
• Perform quality testing and calibration at the manufacturing facility
• Perform quality testing and calibration of newly delivered systems at customer sites
• Provide post-sale support (customer training, validation and technical support as needed)
• Identify and communicate product issues, complaints and potential improvements to management

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail
• Experience in calibration or automation roles (preferred)
• Experience with Rockwell or Ignition based HMI software (preferred)
